Jinzhang Chen, EMBA, Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Medicilon Inc. 

He served as Chairman of the Shanghai Xinxiyuan Investment Group (original Nanjing Yangtze River Hospital Group), Mr. Chen Jinzhang is one of the earliest privately operated capital enters in Chinese medical market. Starting 2003, Mr. Chen Jinzhang put his attention to Shanghai, established Shanghai Xinxiyuan Investment Group. At present, Xinxiyuan group has more than 10,000 employees, in which more than 1,600 medical experts, 700 masters and doctors, more than 3,000 beds and have more than 30 well-functioning hospitals in the country. Mr. Chen Jinzhang also take an active part in social welfare undertakings, as a number of part-time community, such as Board member of Nanjing University, the Standing Committee of the Chinese Hospital Management Society, vice president of the Fujian Provincial Federation of Industry and Chamber of Shanghai, vice president of the Fujian Association of Overseas Chinese investment.

Chunlin Chen, Ph.D., Executive Director of Board and CEO of Shanghai Medicilon Inc.

Formally a Staff Investigator for Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Chen co-founded Medicilon in 2004. Dr Chen is a highly published thought leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in academia, pharmaceutical, and regulatory evaluation. Dr. Chen received his PhD from Oklahoma State University, and completed postdoctoral training in the United States. He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and has held numerous leadership positions in professional scientific trade organizations in China as well as other parts of the world. 

Jianhuang Chen,EMBA,Board Director of Shanghai Medicilon Inc. 

Starting 1990, Mr Chen invested and established hospital chain in China; he served as Chairman of Board of Director for over 20 hospitals around the country. Mr Chen set up and served Chairman of the Board for Jinan Watche Media Co. Ltd and Shandong Huaxia Medicine Sciences Academy, Chinatime Investment Co. Ltd. Starting 2005, Mr.Chen has been working at Peking University as Chairman of China Enterpriser Cooperate Promotion Association and also has been appointed as Tutor and Teacher at Tsinghua University. Since 1998, Mr. Chen has been appointed to take more than 20 management positions in business, economics, management and sciences & technologies associations such as Delegate of People’s Congress of Jinan City, Vice-chairman of Jinan Business Association, and Vice Chairman of Beijing Association of Fujian Business Enterprises.

Mr. Lin is a senior investor in the area of life and health in China with more than a decade of industry experience. From 1990s��Mr. Lin focuses on the area of life and health in China; he has established a range of medical services institutions over the country like Suzhou Tongji Hospital and Hangzhou Guangren Hospital. He also invests in real estate, mineral and medical R&D. Mr. Lin graduated from Fudan University, one of the most famous universities in China, with a master degree in senior business administration; meanwhile, he also received the economics education, and has achieved bachelor degree in economics.

Qiushi Fu, Ph.D., Board Member  of Shanghai Medicilon Inc

 Dr. Qiushi Fu is the Director of Fortune Capital, where he focuses on investment in the sectors of healthcare and bio-medicine. To date, he has closed 10+ deals covering a range of areas.Prior to this role, Dr. Fu served in several biotech companies, including Roche Diagnostics, SiBiono GeneTech, etc. He also had experience working at the Center for Scientific Enterprise Ltd. in London, where he was in charge of incubating early-stage programme and promoting its subsequent industrialization. Dr. Fu received his PhD in Molecular Biology at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and an EMBA in Techno-Entrepreneurship at London Business School. Prior to his study abroad, Dr. Fu graduated from Peking University with high merit.
